2017 ACBC Africa Conference: Racism

Dear Christian Friends and Partners in Ministry,

We live in a country where Christianity and racism permeates every facet of society.
The question then becomes how do we respond to racism? How do we help those who are being affected, knowingly or unknowingly, by racist beliefs? How do we help people who want to respond rightly to the impact of racism in their lives and be rid of hold over beliefs and practices? As Christians, we must have an answer. The 2017 Annual ACBC Conference, ‘Racism; When Colour Divides’ will address issues related to racism in a relevant and meaningful way. Failure to understand and  apply God’s plan for reconciliation between himself and finite sinful men has influenced the way people relate to other people.

The speakers at the 2017 ACBC conference will explore the biblical understanding of God, man and the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and show how an unawareness of these truths continues to fuel and motivate unbiblical beliefs and desires that energise those who see themselves as superior and/or inferior.
